Venue Charge

To secure Edgewood Inn for a future date…

Up to 100 guests	$7,289.10 (tax included)
100-150 guests	$7,809.75 (tax included)
If an event is booked for less than 100 guests but exceeds 100 guests on the day of the event there will be an additional charge of $520.65 (tax included). If you need a room to get dressed in, there are two rooms available,  The Loft is $290.52 and The Peaks View is $259.28 these are day use only

Wedding Ceremonies

Wedding Ceremonies will be on the lower level only.

Check in Times

Check in is 10:00 A.M. Saturday and Check out is 11:00 P.M. Saturday

Sound System & Lights

 It is the responsibility of the lessee for providing a DJ or sound system for your event, and necessary equipment (including speakers, microphones, or dance lights) if desired. 

Curfew

Edgewood has a noise ordinance in place and all amplified music must end by 10:00pm. Additionally, the event is to be over in its entirety by 11:00PM.

Catering Companies

The Edgewood Inn requires that the event be catered and staffed, and that the catering be done by one of the catering companies on the list provided by the Edgewood Inn.  It is understood that it is your responsibility to select a caterer from our list, as well as plan a menu and to pay all costs incurred. Edgewood will not be held liable for any problems or costs associated with said caterer. In addition it is understood that the catering company must complete all tasks assigned to them including setting up tables, cleaning and putting away dishes, and emptying garbage. The Edgewood is not responsible for the set-up of tables, chairs, decoration, etc.

Kitchens

The Edgewood Inn kitchens are not available to the guests to cook meals, however upon approval; ovens may be used to warm food brought in from an external source.

Liability Policy

Edgewood Inn requires that an Insurance Liability Policy be in place no later than 14 days prior to the event. The policy must name Edgewood LLC and Edgewood Inc. as the venue. We have found that eventhelper.com has been the most reasonable with cost of insurance.  Edgewood Inn does not carry a liquor license, and will not be held liable for any issues dealing with alcohol. Edgewood Inn reserves the right to moderate or restrict alcohol consumption on an individual basis, if deemed necessary. A hard copy of the insurance contract must be on file with Edgewood Inn prior to the start of the event.

Decorations

Glitter, confetti, and fake flower pedals(used by the flower girl)  are not allowed. All candles on tables must be contained as to not get wax on tablecloths. Additionally, pins are not permitted to be fastened to linens. 

3 Day Package

Venue Charge

Venue Charge includes the following:

• Use of all public areas including the special event pavilion
• Bar and dance floor
• Tables
• Chairs
• White linens for tables and chairs
• China
• Stemware
• Flatware
• White napkins

Lodging

Edgewood requires a 2 day minimum booking of the entire property (Excludes Owners
quarters, theater, and Wine cellar). We will close our business to the public for the agreed upon dates.

Lodging Charge

The total lodging charge for two nights is $2,342.90 (tax included). Of the total; you will be invoiced for one half, 12 weeks prior to your wedding date. The remaining balance of $1,171.45 (tax included) will need to be paid 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. The payments must be made either in cash or with a single credit card.

Separate Reservations

Advanced notice and a separate reservation are required, should any of your guests desire to arrive and stay at the Edgewood Inn prior to or after the reserved 46 hours.

Check in Times

Check-in is at 12:00 pm on Friday, and Check-out is at 10:00 am on Sunday. With the exception of bathrooms, housekeeping will not change or clean rooms within the reserved 46 hours.

Room Selection

Edgewood can accommodate up to 14 in-house guests. The elected host will be
responsible for room selection.

Liquor

We require that you purchase a general liability policy for the 46 hours that you will be on our property.  This allows you to bring your own liquor. Use the below link to acquire your insurance policy: Event Insurance – www.TheEventHelper.com

Day of the Event

On the day of the event, we require that a professional caterer with full staffing is used and must be picked from this list of 10 approved caterers
