I was able to surprise my hubby for a wonderful October celebration of his 80th birthday in this gorgeous location.
Kathy and Dean are the innkeepers and were helpful and supportive throughout the entire event planning.
The guests that enjoyed their bed and breakfasts had nothing but praise to offer.
Our 80+ guests were in awe of the gorgeous Pikes Peak views and fall foliage!
I would highly recommend The Edgewood Inn for any event or quiet retreat.

We just attended a wedding event at the Edgewood and we are impressed! The setting and views are beyond compare. The owner, Dean, provided such incredible attention to our needs that felt as if we were in the hands of one our favorite relative's home. If you ever want to see what a dreamscape looks like, I would suggest you book the Edgewood for your next engagement.

Absolutely fantastic venue and people!!! Had our wedding here in July 2024 (I know it's taken me forever to get around to reviewing them but better late than never!) and it was perfect. Obviously the venue itself is beautiful, but Dean and Kathy are just as amazing! Unfortunately Kathy was out of town for the wedding itself, but Dean's hospitality remained! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the doors, and he was always there for whatever me, my husband, our families, and our wedding party needed! I seriously cannot give Edgewood Inn enough love; they created an absolutely stunning venue and showed so much compassion, love, and enjoyment by hosting us. We checked in around 12:00 pm on that Friday and instantly got to work bringing in all of our decor, food for the rehearsal, setting up the rooms for us and the bridal party, etc. While I was running around, Dean didn't hesitate to help us decide on placement for decor, ideas for the following days, and just all around offering help and guidance! He even let us use his grills for the rehearsal dinner food and helped us set up the indoor garage for it as well. Throughout the actual rehearsal he was right by our side offering more advice and any other help we needed. His continued support took a huge weight off of not only my shoulders, but everyone else's as well!! The next morning my now husband and I went for a walk on the trail right outside in order to start the day together, and it was perfect. The surrounding area is truly stunning and it felt so secluded and peaceful. Once we made it back, Dean was cooking our breakfast in the kitchen and had been chatting with some of our wedding party; needless to say we all felt right at home and taken care of!! The rest of the day went by all too fast, but every moment was unreal and I couldn't be more grateful for Dean and Kathy and their graciousness. Even later in the night as clean ups needed to take place, Dean was there for our wedding party as they looked for certain supplies and directions. The next morning came and he was up and about making our breakfast again as we all collected our belongings and prepared to check out (around 10:00 am that Sunday if I recall correctly). I could literally go on and on about this venue and its wonderful owners, but here's the short and sweet version: Absolutely beautiful, spacious venue hosted by two lovely, more than hospitable individuals. I couldn't have asked for a better place to be married.

I recommend The Edgewood Inn. I was there this past weekend for a wedding. It's very beautiful there. . I was able to meet the owners , very friendly , nice and great service.

I got engaged here. Had the whole place to myself. Definately want to go back sometime. They have a movie theater inside, and the outside patio is a awesome! view. Great place to watch fireworks off the peak.

We were lucky enough to host our wedding here on September 28, 2024! I can barely describe how amazing our experience was. Kathy and Dean were the most wonderful hosts who made us and our guests feel right at home. Kathy's breakfasts hit the spot both days. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous with multiple spots for pictures. Our guests raved about the location and house in general. We had about 44 guests at our wedding so the space was the perfect size. Not too big, but not too small either. Plus, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and how wonderfully Kathy and Dean decorate the house, we barely had to decorate much ourselves which is really helpful when we had so many other things to think about. If you're looking for a beautiful, affordable wedding you and your guests won't forget, this is the place for you! Our day was perfect here and I wouldn't have changed a thing!

My husband and I stayed at The Edgewood Inn in July. We could not have had a better experience. We felt like we were in our second home. Kathy was a gracious hostess and a delicious cook. We have stayed in many bed and breakfasts and this was by far our best experience. We would recommend The Edgewood to anyone traveling in the area. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Colorado.

We just had our wedding at Edgewood this past weekend. I kept saying the entire weekend how perfect everything was. We loved getting to have our siblings stay with us all weekend, and the breakfasts Kathy made were such a treat. The views were stunning, and we got to host a rehearsal and cocktail hour up on the deck. It was incredible to get to use the venue all weekend and really spend quality time with our friends and family. Dean and Kathy did so much to help us out, including giving rides on the golf cart, assisting with our questions, and even going to pick up some guests for us when they saw one of my bridesmaids was heading out to pick someone up. The rooms are also incredible, huge, and furnished to well. We got such incredible photos thanks to this stunning venue.

Edgewood Inn has an amazing view with beautiful rooms. The owners’ hospitality was also amazing, 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place and the people who run it are amazing! Highly suggest coming here on vacation, wedding, etc. 10/10 recommend!
