Wedding Requirements and Pricing

Thank you for considering The Edgewood Inn for your special day.

The following information states the requirements you will have to meet to have your event at The Edgewood Inn.
 

Venue Charge

To secure Edgewood Inn for a future date…

Up to 100 guests Non-Refundable deposit of $5,195.00 (including tax)
Exceeding 100 guests Non-Refundable deposit of $5,714.50 (including tax)
The Maximum number of guests is 150

Venue Charge includes the following:

  • Use of all public areas including the special event pavillion
  • Bar and dance floor
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • White linens for tables and chairs
  • China
  • Stemware
  • Flatware
  • White napkins

 

Lodging Charge

The total lodging charge for two nights is $2,296.20 (tax included). Of the total; you will be invoiced for one half 12 weeks prior to your wedding date. The remaining balance of $1,148.10 (tax included) will need to be paid 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. These fees are non-refundable as Edgewood has blocked these dates. The payments must be made either in cash or with a single credit card.
 

Separate Reservations

Advanced notice and a separate reservation are required, should any of your guests desire to arrive and stay at the Edgewood Inn prior to or after the reserved 48 hours.
 

Check in Times

Check in is at 12:00pm on Friday, and Check out is 11:00am on Sunday. With the exception of bathrooms, housekeeping will not change or clean rooms within the reserved 47 hours.
 

Room Selection

Edgewood can accommodate up to 14 in-house guests. Our Loft suite is a room that will accommodate 4 people; however, if it is decided for 2 people to stay in the Loft suite, then the total guest count will be up to 12 guests. Children are included in the estimated guest count, and are to be supervised at all times. Additionally, overnight sleeping in the theater is not permitted.
 

Minimum Stay

The Edgewood Inn has a minimum 2 night stay (48 hours). The Inn has 5 guest rooms and can accommodate 12 guests. Breakfast on both mornings is included. The Inn leases for $1,105.05 plus tax for a total of $1,148.10 per night.
 

Liquor

We require that you purchase a general liability policy for the 48 hours that you will be on our property.  This allows you to bring your own liquor. Use the below link to acquire your insurance policy: Event Insurance – www.TheEventHelper.com
 

Day of the Event

On the day of the event, we require that a professional caterer with full staffing is used and must be picked from this list of 10 approved caterers.
